The article analyzes the impact of the use of artificial intelligence systems in the Brazilian Judiciary, especially the tools Victor and MARIA at the Supreme Federal Court and Athos and Sócrates at the Superior Court of Justice, highlighting their potential to reduce procedural overload and increase the speed of decisions within the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; at the same time, it points out risks related to uncritical automation, which may compromise constitutional guarantees and fundamental rights, and therefore examines Resolution No. 615/2025 of the National Council of Justice as a regulatory framework aimed at ensuring transparency, governance, and balance in the use of technology, concluding that the modernization of the Judiciary depends on the ability to reconcile administrative and procedural efficiency with the preservation of quality and the protection of fundamental rights.
